Nelson Tasman Head Office.
This Nelson Tasman head office transformation is what happens when high-end craftsmanship meets commercial ambition. Tasked with turning a tired, dated maze into a bright, architectural workspace, the pack delivered a complete interior overhaul- without adding a single square metre to the building’s original footprint. The brief was simple: create an inspiring place to work. The execution was anything but.
Built for good, built for business.
The biggest challenge? The client’s business couldn’t stop for a build. So it didn’t have to. Through meticulous staging and project management, the team transformed the space section by section – staff kept working safely and comfortably throughout, with zero downtime from start to finish.
Floor-to-ceiling custom timber battens define the reception area and key walkways, bringing warmth and architectural texture to what was previously a flat, corporate entry. Sleek integrated lighting runs the length of the staircase handrails, a detail that turns an everyday moment into a design statement.
Solid walls throughout the floor plan were pulled out and replaced with expansive acoustic glass framing. Natural light floods every corner of the space, the team stays visually connected, and the floor plan feels immediately more open. The completed office feels twice its original size, and it didn’t need to be.
The boardroom was designed as a premium, tech-integrated meeting space built to capitalise on one of the best assets the building already had: stunning Nelson Tasman harbour views. It’s the kind of room that makes an impression before anyone opens their mouth.
Clean. Corporate. Finished to the exacting Big Bad Wolf standard.
