Initial Consultation
Every new home is unique to the client. We’re here to listen to your vision, offer expert guidance and collaborate with you. Get in touch to arrange a meeting.
The Concept Phase
We’ll collaborate closely with you and the local designers and architects we trust to bring your ideas to life, ensuring your new home is a true reflection of your lifestyle.
The Budget
Upon finalising the concept, we’ll provide you with an estimated budget. Once you’re happy with the proposed costs, we’ll get you to sign a contract to allow us to move on to the design phase.
The Design Process
Collaborating closely, we’ll refine every aspect of your home’s design. Together, we’ll select the perfect fittings, fixtures and finishes, ensuring every detail aligns seamlessly with your vision.
Costing
An external quantity surveyor, our team and any subcontractors will undertake a full pricing exercise. At this stage, we may need to make revisions or engage in further consultations to ensure your new home is meeting your expectations.
The Sign Off
If you’re satisfied with the plans and accept the quote, we lodge the building consent application with the local council.
We build your home!
Once the council consents to the plans, the construction of your new home will start; at which stage a build start date is determined and an indicative timeline presented
Progress of your build
Throughout the entire building process, we keep you regularly updated on the progress at every stage.
Welcome home!
Upon completion, a thorough quality check will be undertaken and the final council inspection arranged. Once all parties are satisfied, we’ll present you with the keys and your dream home is all yours.
