Want to build a new home but don’t know where to start?
When your home is built for good, things are easier than you’d expect! Over the years, Big Bad Wolf
Your dream home – how does it start? Take a look at our building process!
We understand that each client has different needs and wants when it comes to your dream home, so contact us for a chat, tell us your dreams, and we will give you our professional guidance on how these can be achieved.
The Concept Phase
We’ll run with your dreams and ideas and work with the best designers and architects to transform your ideas into a fully customised house design for your build.
Once you have finalised the concept for your home, we then provide you with an estimated budget. Once we have the go-ahead from you, we move onto designing your dream home! At this stage, we will get you to sign a contract allowing us to proceed to the next stage.
The Design Process
We consult with you to finalise all the important design features. This includes all the fittings, fixtures, specifications and everything else in between.
Moving on, we then go and price your plans to ensure your budget is not compromised. We work closely with a quantity surveyor in this phase to make sure your dream build comes in on budget. At this stage, we may need to make some changes or have a further consultation to ensure that every detail of your home is accounted for.
The Sign Off
Once we have agreed and finalised all your plans and pricing, they are sent to the council for approval.
We build your home!
Once the council have granted consent, we begin the building of your dream home!
Progress of your build
Throughout the entire building process, we keep you regularly updated on the progress at every stage.
Welcome to your new home!
Once the build is finished, and final inspections are completed, we hand you over the keys. Congratulations! And welcome to your new home!
