Built for good.

Koromiko Ave

We brought a new lease of life to this classic 1960’s bungalow by extending the rear of the home to accommodate a new master bedroom, and updating the interior of the existing building.

By removing the existing brick and concrete chimney, we could open up the living, kitchen and dining areas for spacious and modern living.

We worked hard to maintain the character of this home. One example being, recycling old rimu tongue and groove flooring out of areas to be carpeted. This enabled us to create seamless flooring though the new open-plan living area, where walls and concrete plinths had been removed.

We added insulation and an updated heating source to help with warmth for those cold winter nights.

We worked closely with the clients to manage this project. With a keen eye for detail, we took care to incorporate all their ideas and transform this house into a beautiful, warm and functional home.
